Menus of the Titanic

The food on the Titanic was another quality in which the White Star Line commended itself. The food was delicious, and one could live off of one bite from a meal. The best cooks were aboard and nothing was too small that it didn't matter. Parsleys were counted, and there had to be a certain amount of leaves in the salad. Everything was done exactly the same, so that each platter of the same course looked identical.
